How it Works!
The process to make a video slideshow can be simple or complex. It all depends on the project. The best way to get started is with a phone call. There are always a lot details to discuss so having a phone call is usually the best way to ensure that all parties are clear on expectations and what has to be done. But, maybe it's a surprise project and you can't easily talk on the phone. We totally understand. We will communicate the best way that works for you!
The Memorial Video Process, Explained

The first step is for you to decide which package works best for you

Next is the call to discuss the turn-around time. We normally take 5 - 7 business days for 10 min videos

We then ask questions about the person and the date of the memorial service.

Then we discuss the types of material you want to include in the video, such as photos, video and voice-overs

We then give a turn-around time for the project.

We then discuss how you want the theme to be, i.e. somber, sad, exciting, etc and then we discuss song choice and sound

We discuss religious options , if you want prayers to be added as captions

Once we have the materials we get to work and make the video memorial. We then post a preview on-line.

Often times, people find more images or want some changes to what is posted. We welcome all changes - the objective is to get the project perfect.

Once we have your final changes or final approval we go ahead and make up the final memorial montage.

Now , we wait for your payment and after that you will receive your product

We normally deliver an HD version of the project digitally, or on a USB flash drive if requested. But if you prefer a specific format - or something else - just let us know.
