Frequently Asked Quesions

How soon can I get one?

It depends on how long and complex you want your video to be. We know time is important and funerals  move quickly in the wake of a loss. We normally take 5 business days for the basic option and between 8 to 10 days for the Premium and platinum options. can get a rush order for faster turnaround, but slideshows with more edits and effects naturally take more time. Complex projects are more appropriate for a memorial service than a wake or reception. You’ll need time to view drafts and give feedback while we perfect the final product. Because every memorial video is different, we have all of our clients work with a personal consultant who will be your guide throughout your project

Overall the video can be 5 - 30 minutes depending on the preference but generally most folks pick the 10 -15 min.
